Emma has recently joined Cox & Palmer's business law lawyers working out of the Halifax office at the Nova Centre, where she will continue to do commercial property transactions, financings, leases, and mergers and acquisitions.

Emma brings a unique and varied experience with her to draw upon, having not only worked on BoyneClarke's business law team for several years, but she also previously successfully ran her own small business for many years in Halifax. In addition to running a business, she had an enforcement career that included anti-money laundering investigations and policy analysis.

Emma has always been an achiever and she looks forward to reaching her growth potential at Cox & Palmer, a firm with offices in all four Atlantic provinces which was named Atlantic Canada Law Firm of the Year in 2024 by Canadian Law Awards.
